Billing
Manage your plan, billing interval and cancellation
Updated
Your plan, its renewal date and its invoices are all in the client portal.
## Where things are
- **Plan Details** shows your current plan, the billing interval and the next renewal date.
- **Digital Agreements** lists the terms you accepted, with version numbers.
- **Invoices** mirrors what has been paid, with a PDF link for each invoice.
- **AI Credit Transactions** shows credits granted and spent.
## Monthly or annual
Monthly plans renew each month. Annual plans are billed as ten monthly payments, which is the price shown on the pricing page for a year.
## Cancelling and resuming
Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan — it does not stop immediately, and you are not charged again.
You can resume before that end date and auto-renewal continues as before. The button on Plan Details switches between Cancel and Resume depending on the current setting.
## Changing plan
Move to a larger plan when your credits or entitlements are the constraint. Check the plan comparison first: some products are only included from Professional or Business. See [Plans and pricing](/pricing) for what each plan includes.
## Invoices and VAT
Invoices are issued for each payment and mirrored into the portal automatically, including refunds. If a detail on an invoice is wrong, raise a ticket with the invoice number rather than paying again.
## The Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing and does not expire. It includes a small one-time credit grant and the tools marked as included on the pricing page.
