Every AI action on NexGen eHub spends credits. The cost is shown **before** the action runs, so there are no surprise charges. ## What a credit is A credit is the unit we use to price AI work. Each action has its own cost, set by the team, and the button that runs the action shows that cost first. A long analysis costs more than a short rewrite, and actions that use no AI at all cost nothing. ## How many credits you get - **Free** — 5 credits once, when you join. - **Starter** — 100 each month. - **Professional** — 300 each month. - **Business** — 800 each month. - **Enterprise** — agreed with you. Annual plans are paid once for twelve months at the price of ten. The monthly allowance is still added each month of the annual period, and unused monthly credits expire when the next month's allowance arrives. A 7-day trial includes 10 credits and is available once per account. ## When credits are taken When you start an AI action we hold the cost against your balance while the request runs. Then: - **If it succeeds**, the hold becomes the charge and the action appears in your history. - **If it fails**, the hold is released. A failed AI call does not cost you credits. Some accounts also have a daily ceiling on AI actions. If you reach it, the message tells you and the allowance resets at midnight UTC. Where no ceiling is set, your credit balance is the only limit. ## Where to check Your balance is in the client portal dashboard. **Credit Transactions** lists every charge with the action and date, and **AI Request History** shows what each action produced. ## Running out You can ask us about a credit top-up without changing plan, or move to a larger plan if the shortfall keeps recurring. See [Plans and pricing](/pricing).
