Work With Us, on Written Terms
Four ways to work with NexGen eHub — referring clients, delivering implementations, building integrations, or exploring a longer-term commercial relationship.
None of them implies a commission, resale right, territory or marketplace listing. Those exist only where a signed agreement grants them.

The Work Decides the Programme
Each programme describes a different job. Read the "not promised" line as carefully as the description — it is there because partnerships fail when expectations were never written down.
- By enquiry
Referral Partner
Introduce a business that needs the platform.
- Who it suits
- Accountants, consultants, agencies and advisers who regularly meet businesses with repetitive admin, document or AI work.
- How it works
- You make an introduction with the client's agreement. If they become a customer, any referral fee is agreed in writing before the introduction counts.
Not promised: No published commission rate, no exclusivity, and no authority to quote, negotiate or bind NexGen eHub.
- By enquiry
Implementation Partner
Deliver the work around the software.
- Who it suits
- Agencies and freelancers who configure tools, migrate data, train teams or run processes for clients.
- How it works
- We bring you into projects that need delivery capacity. Scope, responsibilities, confidentiality and fees are set in a written agreement for each engagement.
Not promised: No guaranteed volume or pipeline, no subcontracting without written approval, and no access to client data beyond the agreed scope.
- By enquiry
Technology Partner
Connect systems and extend what the platform does.
- Who it suits
- Developers and product teams building integrations, connectors or complementary software.
- How it works
- We start with a technical conversation and a review of what you want to connect. Any integration work is documented before it begins.
Not promised: No marketplace publishing rights — seller onboarding does not exist — and no endorsement or certification implied by talking to us.
- By enquiry
Strategic Business Partner
Explore a longer-term commercial relationship.
- Who it suits
- Established consultancies, managed service providers and technology businesses considering co-delivery or regional representation.
- How it works
- We discuss the commercial shape first: what each side contributes, how work is priced and who owns the customer relationship. Everything is negotiated and written down.
Not promised: No territory exclusivity, no white-label or reseller rights, and no use of NexGen eHub branding unless a signed agreement grants it.
Conversation first. Agreement before work.
We do not publish a partner agreement, because it would differ by programme and by engagement. What stays the same is the order: talk, agree in writing, then work.
What an application does
- Records your details in our enquiry system so a person can read them.
- Creates no agreement, exclusivity, commission entitlement, resale right or marketplace listing.
- Gets a reply only where there is a fit; we cannot promise a response to every application.
- 1
Apply
Tell us which programme fits, what you do and how you would work with us. One form, read by a person.
- 2
Conversation
If there is a fit, we reply to the email you provide and talk through the work, the customer and the boundaries.
- 3
Written agreement
Nothing starts until scope, confidentiality, fees and responsibilities are written down and signed by both sides.
- 4
Work together
Delivery runs against that agreement, with a named contact on each side and a review point before anything is renewed.
Tell us how you would work with us.
One form for all four programmes. A person reads every application, and we reply to the email you provide where there is a fit.
Useful to include
- Which programme fits and why.
- What your business does and where you are based.
- The kind of client or integration you would bring.
- Any existing relationship with NexGen eHub.
Applying does not grant resale rights, exclusivity, a commission rate or a marketplace listing. Read the Privacy Policy to see how application details are used.
Not a partner question?
There are other ways to work with us.
Use the software yourself, ask our team to run the work under a written scope, or send a general enquiry. None of them requires a partner agreement.
